The study examined perceived sources of conflict among academic and management staff in Colleges of Education in Borno State, Nigeria. Two questions were asked which are: what are the perceived sources of conflict among academic and management staff? To what extent do male and female academic staff differ on the perceived sources of conflict? The study adopted an exploratory descriptive design. Two hundred academic staff were randomly selected as the sample. Perceived Sources of Conflict Questionnaire was developed for the study. Responses to the items were summarized using percentages.
