The study investigated the influence of the utilization of community institutional and community organizational resources on the implementation of adult basic literacy and functional literacy programmes in Cross River State. Two hypotheses were formulated and tested. The survey research design was adopted for the study. The stratified and simple random sampling techniques were adopted to draw a sample of one thousand six hundred and eight subjects from the study population of eight thousand, seventy subjects.
