This study investigated the influences of professional skills and personal competencies on job performances of registry staff in University of Ibadan, Nigeria. The study adopted the survey research deign while 102 registry staff participated. Finding from the study revealed that registry staff in University of Ibadan presses average professional skills to carry out their duties as well as the requisite personal competencies needed to perform their duties. The study further established a high level of job performance among the registry staff.
