This is a case report of a 24-year-old female patient who presented with a history of hoarseness of the voice, dysphagia and difficulty in breathing. A mass located on the laryngeal surface of the epiglottis was found and removed. Histology revealed a spindle cell lipoma which is an extremely rare benign tumour of the larynx.Key words: Larynx , spindle cell, lipoma
