Introduction: Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) is a highly resistant opportunistic pathogen and is capable of forming biofilms on medical devices. Bacterial biofilms, which are micro-colonies encased in extracellular polysaccharide material are so difficult to be treated by conventional antibiotics.
