Background: The high prevalence of colorectal carcinoma (CRC) is a driver to understand the underlying molecular mechanisms. Chemoprevention strategy using non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) revealed that these drugs suppress colorectal carcinoma.
