Introduction: Most studies on somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) in cases of cervical radiculopathy routinely analyze scalp (cortical) responses (mixed or dermatomal SEPs), depending mainly on evaluation of N20 whose origin is the primary somatosensory cortex.
