Occupational stress and psycho-physiologic disorder in organisations Nigeria’s Southwest

The paper set out to explore the causes of occupational stress, and its effect on organisational performance, and to assess the differences in some particular type of jobs. Adopting the survey research method, it came to the conclusion that there is a relationship between occupational stress and health and occupational stress and job satisfaction. It also found that occupationalstress and ill health play a significant role in making workers in an organisation to be dissatisfied with their work
