Background and Objectives: With more women starting their families in the third and fourth decade, the role of fibroid as a possible cause of infertility becomes more relevant. This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of myomectomy on women with infertility, and in which fibroid is the only identifiable cause. The study also examined the outcome of pregnancies following myomectomy.Methods: This was a prospective descriptive work, carried out in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Eku Baptist Government Hospital from January 2011 to December 2014.
