In this article we propose a new lifetime probability model entitled the Odd Generalized Exponential Gumbel Distribution for modeling lifetime data. Acomprehensive account of the mathematical and structural properties of the new probability distribution are studied. The method of maximum likelihood is used for estimating the model parameters and the density function for the minimum and maximum order statistics are derived. We finally illustrate the usefulness of the proposed model by applications to real data
