Promoting vocational education and training is considered globally asone of the major strategies towards developing the human and social capital needed for sustainable economic growth and development. However, majority of students, particularly in the developing countries, enrol for general education programs that prepare them for white-colour jobs. A questionable aspect is whether these students have any vocation skills that would prepare them for job creation upon graduation.
