This study investigated organizational commitment among Nigeria Police Officers: the role of personal attributes. It was a survey research adopting ex-post factor using structured questionnaires for data collection. The participants were made up of 101 (54%) males and 86(46%) females, with a mean age of 26.58 (SD=7.48). The results of the t-test for independent measures showed that police officers who were female, older and with more educational qualifications were more committed than police officers who were male, younger and with less educational qualification..
