Rhinofacial zygomycosis caused by Conidiobolus coronatus is a locallyprogressive infection of the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and soft tissues ofthe face. Zygomycosis is the commonest presentation with cases reported from many tropical countries including India. We describe a case of 52 years old lady who presented to the department of dermatology with erythematous, oedematous nodular painless swelling over the nose, cheeks, forehead and upper lip since 2 years. The histopathology of the patient was suggestive of subcutaneous zygomycosis with splendore holppli phenomenon. Biopsy of the lesion showed multiple granulomatous foreign body giant cells and eosinophils
