This study examined the state of e-library development in tertiary institutions in Nigeria using Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri, Imo State – Nigeria as a case study. Survey research design was used to conduct the study. The population of the study consists of 44 library staff (professionals and para-professionals) which was purposively used to conduct the study. The main instrument for data collection was the questionnaire based on a modified 4-point scale type. Data was analyzed using arithmetic mean.
