The fast growth and rise in number of tertiary institutions in Nigeria has been unpleasantly turning away large numbers of qualified applicants due to lack of facilities. To solve some of these problems, the use of ICT through E-Learning have major role to play. This research work discusses and elaborates the importance of E-Learning in the tertiary educational of Nigeria as well as the different issues concerned curriculum educational technology of an E-Learning System.
