The study determined the distribution and use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching and learning in some faculties in the University of Ghana. Study specifically looks at the availability of ICT laboratories in the faculties, the purpose ICT is used f or as well as the challenges in its use. Survey of 300 students and 70 lecturers was conducted to answer the research questions. The study revealed that presence of ICT laboratories was not universal. ICT was found not to be used for teaching and learning and that most ICT activities were centered around using the Internet.
