This study ex amine d the relationship between public -private partnership in the provision of Information Communication Technology (ICT) resources and academic library services in the South - East geo -political zone Nigeria. Seventeen (17) academic institutions (made up of nine universities and eight polytechnics) were surveyed. The population comprises 227 librarians in the 17 academic institutions under studied. A set of questionnaire was used to elucidate responses, while the datagathered were analyzed using the Pea rson Product Moment Correlation(PPMC) and tested at 0.05 alpha level of significant .
