The introduction of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the secondary school system facilitates the process of teaching and learning. The objective of this study was to identify the availability and use of ICTs by teachers in the Owerri Municipal Council area. Nine secondary schools were purposively selected. The descriptive survey research design was adopted using questionnaire, interview and observation checklist as data collection methods. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 288 respondents drawn from a population of 853 teachers in Owerri Municipal Council.
