This study is a survey of access to reproductive health information amongst rural women in Nigeria with particular reference to Delta State. A total of 483 rural women of reproductive age (15 – 49 years) returned questionnaire; selected through simple random sampling, participated in the study. Questionnaire and interview were employed in gathering data for the study. The questionnaire was designed and administered to senior health workers in the 4 local government headquarters selected for this study. The data obtained were analyzed using simple percentages.
