This study examined student teachers’ attitude and intention towards cell phone use for learning in Nigeria. The study involves one hundred and ninety (190) trainee teachers in one of the institutes of education in Nigeria. The data for the study was collected through a questionnaire on a rating of five (5) point Likert-type scale. The data collected was used to test the hypothesized model of the study using structural equation modelling approach. The finding of the study revealed that perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), subjective norm (SN) and attitude significantly influence students’ intention towards adoption of cell phone for learning.
