The study investigated influence of organizational culture and justice on employee Job performance among private organization in Makurdi metropolis. A cross-sectional design was used for data collection in the study. Data were collected using Employee Job Performance Scale (EJPS), Organizational Culture Scale (OCS) and Organizational Justice Scale (OJS). One hundred and eighty eight participants comprising of 113(60.1%) males and 75(39.9%) females were drawn from various private organizations in Makurdi using convenient sampling.
