This study compares the degree of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), OCB-Organization (OCB-O) and OCB-Individual (OCB-I) in service and manufacturing organizations. Design of this study was cross-sectional survey and data were collected with a standardized scale that was presented in questionnaire form. With convenience sampling technique, 55 organizations (10 manufacturing, 45 service) were sampled and a total of 448 respondents (251 males, 197 females) provided the data analyzed.
