Introduction: Le Syndrome de Poland, une pathologie congénitale associe à des degrés divers des anomalies thoraciques pariétales, mammaires, et des malformations distales du membre supérieur ipsilatéral.Objectifs: Rapporter un cas de syndrome de Poland découvert à l’âge adulte au Togo, et faire une revue de la littérature.Observation: Une étudiante de 27 ans sans antécédent particulier a consulté pour une malformation thoracique droite apparue depuis l’enfance.
