Introduction. This study aims at determine the mortality in children due to HIV infection at Campus and Tokoin teaching hospital.,br>Methodology. This prospective study which took place at Campus and Tokoin teaching hospital for 6 month (from 1er April to 30 September 2010) and concerned children aged from 6 month to 15 year old. The study focus on the following parameters: age, sexe, type of HIV, CD4 cells, etiology of death and treatmentResultat. During the period of the study 367 children out of 2634 got HIV serology (13.93%). Among tem 33 children (0.90%) and 9 of them died.Conclusion..
