Tuberculosis involving the central nervous system is rarely observed in non immuno compromised host. We report a case of pulmonary and brainsterm tuberculoma on a 26 year old woman,HIV seronegativeThe cranial CT Scan revealed numerous surrounded hypodense lesions located at both cerebral hemispheres witch presented ring like enhancement after contrast injection. Chest X ray revealed retiform shadow. Investigation for acid- fast bacilli in sputum and cerebrospinal fluid was positive. Clinical and radiological outcome after medical treatment were favourable.
