Background: Contraceptive use helps in preventing unplanned pregnancy and reducing maternal death among married women.Objective: To investigate the attitude of married women towards contraceptive use in Ilorin metropolis, Kwara State. The study also examined whether the variables of age and educational attainment would influence attitude of married women towards contraceptive use in Ilorin metropolis.Methods: Descriptive survey design and analytical methods were adopted for the study.
