The Role of Financial Self Efficacy in Moderating Relationships Financial Literacy and Financial Management Behavior

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior moderated by financial self-efficacy. The population in this study are all employees who work at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Purwokerto. Sample selection is based on a simple random sampling method. The data used in this study were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis and performed with SPSS software. The results showed that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial management behavior. The results of the study also indicate financial self-efficacy moderates the relationship between financial literacy and financial management behavior.Keywords : financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, financial management behavior
