Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria constitute a promising source of microorganisms, with the capacity to develop new biopesticides that contribute to pest control, with an agroecological and sustainable basis. The objective of this work was to obtain isolates of endospore-forming bacilli with biotechnological potential from the rhizosphere of different cultivars of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) from three types of soil. Rhizospheric soil collections were made from three bean cultivars present in the municipalities of Colón and Unión de Reyes, in the province of Matanzas, Cuba.
