Biomass is a renewable energy source that can be converted into alternative fuels to replace fossil energy through briquette technology. Sources of biomass that are abundant and have not been optimally used are from pine sawdust waste and coconut shells waste. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the calorific value of briquettes mixture of pine sawdust waste and coconut shell waste. The research method of making briquettes was done by varying the particle size of charcoal powder, that are 10 mesh, 20 mesh, and 40 mesh.
