Överföring av vridrörelse för styrutrustning

This Examination Thesis was done at the Blekinge Institute of Technology of Karlskrona. The work is a part of the education to Bachelor of Science in product development. The task consists of changing the steering wheel transmission of the DYNAPAC CA soil compactor machine made by Svedala Compaction Equipment AB. During the work we have followed the Fredy Olsson product development method. The work is divided in two parts: The Concept phase and The Primary Construction phase. In the Concept phase we first defined the project. After that we did investigations to find different solutions, which were electronic solution, hydraulic solution, gears and shafts, synchronous belts, single wire and double wires. Then, we made descriptions of all the proposals, next step was a primary evaluation of the product solutions. We used three matrixes to find out which solutions we were going to keep for the progress of the project and found the synchronous belt as the most advantageous steering system. In the Primary Construction we chose the most suitable belt using a criterions matrix. We designed the modifications of the different parts of the steering system with the I-DEAS CAD system. We also made some tests,calculations and cost analyses. Our final proposal is a new steering system, which is based on the mentioned synchronous belts and pulleys. We think that the found solution is going to work safe and successfully for a very long time. It is also harmless for the nature and the environment.Detta examensarbete blev utfört på Blekinge Tekniska Högskola. Projektet avlutar utbildningen: Maskiningenjör med inriktning mot utvecklingsteknik, (Teknologie kandidat, 120 poäng). Uppgiften bestod av att utveckla ett nytt styrsystem, istället för det befintliga rullkedjesystemet, för vibrerande markkompakteringsvältar av märket CA-DYNAPAC. Dessa maskiner används till större anläggningsarbeten och tillverkas av Svedala Compaction Equipment AB. Hela arbetet ufördes med hjälp av Professor Fredy Olssons produktutvecklingsmetoder som huvudsakligen består av två faser: Principkonstruktion och Primärkonstruktion. I principkonstruktionsfasen definierades uppgiften och undersökningar angående användbara metoder och utrustningar utfördes. Ett flertal lösningar utvecklades och jämfördes med varandra med hjälp av kriterier och utslagsgivande matriser. Vi fann något oväntat att den enklaste, mest kostnadseffektiva och produktions/underhållsvänliga lösningen var kuggremmar med aramidfiberförstärkningar. På grund av önskemål från Svedala Compaction Equipment så blev flera i och för sig väldigt intressanta lösningar utkonkurrerade av denna variant som är så lik det ursprungliga styrsystemet. Vi är övertygade om att vårt förslag kommer att fungera med hög säkerhet, under lång tid och tillfredställande i alla förekommande miljöer.
