Based on the literature analysis this study proposes that satisfaction mediate the effect of job involvement, intrinsic motivation and procedural justice on commitment in a multinational IT company. Our thesis is based on a theoretical model including seven hypotheses. To further test our model we used two models. In first model we proposed positive effect of job involvement, intrinsic motivation and procedural justice on commitment. In the second model, we proposed mediation of satisfaction on relationship between job involvement, intrinsic motivation and procedural justice and commitment.
