Motivation and innovativeness are both included in the complex business processes that organizations need to use to ensure value to customers. There are circumstances where innovativeness is required, companies need the participation of their employees for a successful execution. Employee innovativeness is required to ensure successful service delivery. The employees may have the ability, knowledge, and skills but few may be willing to do more than what their tasks require them to do.
