The paper is based on a case study which is the part of a research project (No. 119574). This research aims to analyse regional differences of health inequalities in Hungary addressed it to the role of access to health care. The examinations contain both of quantitative and qualitative techniques as mixed method. To measure health inequality and its regional differences morbidity and mortality data of acute myocardial infarction was used. To define the conditions of accessibility health care of infarction was applied. The theoretical background of this research is based on a model ‘5A’.
