Together with the rest of the world, Asia has suffered much due to the effects of COVID-19. As traditional markets were closed, and schools, offices and other establishments were shut down, every stakeholder across the supply chain was affected in one way or another. However, the resiliency of many countries in Asia was highlighted, as they searched for ways to mitigate the effects of the pandemic. In South Korea, the closure of schools meant the cessation of school meals, which was a significant source of income for many organic farmers.
