Post-pandemic online education: new challenges

This article has reviewed the consequences of the Covid-19 health crisis in the field of education, focusing in particular on the need to strengthen online teaching, which had to be implemented forcibly at all levels of education during the house arrest that took place over several months in 2020. The views of various authors are provided, several experiences and good practices on online teaching are highlighted and the major challenges that the literature review on the subject has shown about post-pandemic online teaching are presented, to conclude by relating these challenges with proposals for the future to improve this online teaching. The main conclusions are the need for greater teacher training in the didactic and technological use of ICT, the strengthening of Digital Competence in all members of the educational community, greater investment in ICT resources and materials, a shift towards active methodologies and formative and continuous assessment.En este artículo se ha realizado un recorrido por las consecuencias que la crisis sanitaria, provocada por la Covid-19, ha tenido en el ámbito educativo, centrándose, sobre todo, en la necesidad de fortalecer la docencia online, que tuvo que implantarse forzosamente en todos los niveles educativos durante el confinamiento domiciliario que tuvo lugar durante varios meses de 2020. Se aportan las visiones de diversos autores, se destacan varias experiencias y buenas prácticas sobre la docencia online, y se presentan los mayores retos que la revisión bibliográfica realizada sobre la temática ha arrojado acerca de la enseñanza online post-pandemia, para finalizar relacionando esos retos, con propuestas de futuro para mejorar esta enseñanza online. Como principales conclusiones, se señala la necesidad de una mayor formación de los docentes en el uso didáctico-tecnológico de las TIC, el fortalecimiento de la Competencia Digital en todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa, una mayor inversión en recursos y materiales TIC, favorecer un viraje hacia metodologías activas y una evaluación formativa y continua
