As expressed in the methodology section of this report, a major contributor toward the conclusions of this study was the use of three surveys to directly assess residents', trail users', and businesses' attitudes toward the resource. Accordingly, the basis of this report summary is the presentation of the survey questions with aggregate responses. In addition, appropriate cross tabulations and extrapolations are presented within the body of the text.120
