Introduction: Acetabular fractures are one of the most complex and challenging fractures for orthopaedic surgeons. Motor vehicle accidents and high impact falls are the most common cause for acetabular fracture. These intra-articular fractures may lead to many complications like disabling traumatic arthropathy.
