The thesis focuses on current eGovernment services in the Czech Republic and Denmark with a description and evaluation of the main tools that provide these services by the public administration. Both countries manage the same basic eGovernment tools, thanks to which they provide eServices. These are portals, basic registers, data boxes, access to electronic identification. The thesis evaluates not only these basic tools that are necessary for the creation of eServices from the perspective of the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Denmark.
