Household Financial Balance

The aim of this work is to analyse the economy of households. Specifically, the identification of factors affecting the economy of a household that influence its financial balance. In this study, I will find out what a household balance sheet should display so that the household can be succesful in long-term and not become insolvent. I will also analyse the impact of individual factors, such as achieved education, on household management. I will carry out an analysis based on data from the Czech Statistical Office, namely Statistics of Family Accounts from 2019. As an additional source, I will use the results of an online questionnaire that I have submitted. Then I will analyze the differences in balance sheets of households at different levels of wealth and use statistical data to determine the effect of certain factors on the financial balance. The result is a substantial impact of education, investment, sound approach to loans and the principles of good financial management, on household finances.Cílem této práce je analýza hospodaření domácnosti. Konkrétně tedy zjištění faktorů, které na hospodaření domácnosti působí, a které ovlivňují její finanční bilanci. V práci zjistím, jak by měla vypadat bilance domácnosti, aby dokázala dlouhodobě hospodařit a nedostala se do stavu platební neschopnosti. Dále budu analyzovat vliv jednotlivých faktorů, jako je třeba dosažené vzdělání, na hospodaření domácnosti. Tuto analýzu pro-vedu na základě dat Českého statistické úřadu, konkrétně tedy Statistiky rodinných účtů z roku 2019. Jako další zdroj použiji výsledky online dotazníku, který jsem sám rozšířil. Potom analyzuji rozdíly v bilancích různě bohatých domácností a statistickými meto-dami zjistím vliv určitých faktorů na finanční bilanci. Výsledkem je podstatný vliv vzdělání, investic, zdravého přístupu k půjčkám a zásad dobrého hospodaření
