Business valuation of the company JECH CZ s. r. o.

The content of this diploma thesis named "Business valuation of the company JECH CZ s. r. o." is the valuation of the company JECH CZ, s. r. o. based on the market value for an independent buyer. Date of valuation is 31th December 2019. In the beginning of the thesis financial and strategic analysis are described and performed. Based on the financial and strategic analysis, and forecast of value generators, the financial plan of the company JECH CZ s. r. o. is compiled. The valuation of the company itself is done using the DCF method and market comparison. Specifically, the DCF Entity variant is used. The work ends with a comparison of values.Obsahem diplomové práce „Ocenění podniku JECH CZ s. r. o.“ je ocenění podniku JECH CZ, s. r. o. na bázi tržní hodnoty pro nezávislého kupujícího k datu ocenění 31. 12. 2019. Pro ocenění je v práci uvedena zpracovaná strategická a finanční analýza podniku. Dále je provedena analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty. Na základě strategické analýzy, finanční analýzy a prognózy generátorů hodnoty je sestaven finanční plán podniku JECH, s. r. o. Samotné ocenění podniku je provedeno metodou DCF a tržním porovnáním se srovnatelnými podniky. Konkrétně je v práci použita varianta DCF Entity. Práce je zakončena výběrem a zhodnocením výsledné hodnoty
