Ocenění společnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s.

The main goal of this Master´s thesis is to determine the market value of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. as of the Valuation date of 31st December 2019 using consolidated financial statements. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter includes basic information and description of the Company. In the next parts financial and strategic analyses are performed followed by an analysis and forecast of value generators on the basis of which the financial plan is compiled. The last chapter contains the valuation of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. using the DCF Entity method in three scenarios, which is supplemented by two additional methods.Hlavním cílem této magisterské práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu společnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. k datu ocenění 31. 12. 2019 na základě konsolidované účetní závěrky. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje základní informace o společnosti, její popis a historii. V dalších částech je provedena finanční a strategická analýza, na kterou navazuje analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty stanovující základ pro sestavení finančního plánu. Poslední kapitola je věnována samotnému ocenění společnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. pomocí metody DCF Entity ve třech scénářích, která je doplněna dvěma tržními metodami
