Taxation of income of a contributory organisation

The subject of this bachelor thesis is "Taxation of Income of a Contributory Organization". The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the functioning, management and tax legislation of non-profit organizations. The main objective of the practical part is to determine how the tax calculation would look like due to different interpretations of the Income Tax Act. Several variants of the calculation will be made. Data from the accounting records, the articles of incorporation and the organizational regulations of the contributory organization "Domov pro seniory Havlíčkův Brod" will be used. From the results of all variants it can be concluded that the taxation of corporate income applicable to public benefit taxpayers is very ambiguous and complicated. I would recommend that the contributory organisation in question should follow the Income Tax Act to determine its tax obligations.Předmětem této bakalářské práce je „Zdanění příjmů příspěvkové organizace“. Teoretická část práce se zabývá fungováním, hospodaření a daňovou legislativou neziskových organizací. Hlavním cílem praktické části je stanovit, jak by vypadal výpočet daně vlivem různorodého výkladu zákona o dani z příjmu. Bude provedeno několik variant výpočtu. Budou použita data z účetnictví, zřizovací listiny a organizačního řádu příspěvkové organizace Domov pro seniory Havlíčkův Brod. Z výsledků všech variant lze konstatovat, že zdanění příjmů právnických osob, vztahující se na veřejně prospěšné poplatníky, je velmi nejednoznačné a komplikované. Dané příspěvkové organizaci bych doporučila, pro stanovení svých daňových povinností, postupovat podle zákona o dani z příjmů
