Analisar o perfil da carga de treinamento (CT) durante uma temporada de voleibol. Participaram 12 atletas masculinos (26,9 ? 4,6 anos) de uma equipe profissional. Foram analisadas 20 semanas, divididas em Per?odo Preparat?rio (PP), Per?odo Competitivo I (PC-I) e Per?odo Competitivo II (PC-II). O m?todo da Percep??o Subjetiva do Esfor?o da sess?o (PSE-S) foi usado para calcular a CT, a Monotonia e o Strain, bem como para comparar as semanas com diferentes n?meros de jogos e entre as cinco posi??es.
