The aim of the study was to create a Turkish version of the Gross Motor Function Classification System Family Report (GMFCS-FR) developed for children with Cerebral Palsy (CP), evaluate its reliability, and investigate its consistency between parents and physiotherapists. Within the study, it was planned to conduct the validity study of GMFCS-FR. Mothers, fathers and physiotherapists of 100 children with CP, aged 2-18 years, participated in the study. All children participating in the study were divided into five groups according to the appropriate GMFCS-FR as 2-4 years, 4-6 years, 6-12 years, 12-18 years and 12-18 years self report.
