This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on the quality of work-life and organizational commitment as an intervening variable (study at Bogor District Inspectorate). This research is explanatory. The population in this study were all employees of the Inspectorate of Bogor and the sampling method used was purposive sampling with the number of respondents 90 people. The analytical method used is SEM with Smart PLS.
