: Territorialization and deterritorialization of risk? Comparative analysis of the procedure for carrying out PPRNP

13 pagesThe French system of major risks prevention leans, in particular, on the statutory zoning of the Risks Prevention Plans (R.P.P.). Since their establishment within the framework of the Barnier law of 1995, more than 8.000 French towns were endowed with a plan. Realized within the French-german A.N.R. - D.F.G. "TRANSRISK" program, this article suggests making a critical assessment of the « Natural » R.P.P. and of their impact on the territories and their actors.Le système français de prévention des risques majeurs s'appuie, notamment, sur le zonage réglementaire des Plans de Prévention des Risques (P.P.R.).
