The objective of this thesis is to analyze the advantages of representing medical images of breast cancer patients by hierarchical models and to study the added value that these models can bring to a deep learning algorithm. We present a hybrid method that couples hierarchical models and deep learning approaches for automatic detection and segmentation of lymph node tumors in multimodal images (positron emission tomography, PET / X-ray CT, CT) to facilitate subsequent analysis by physicians.
