This paper is dedicated to explanation of main characteristics of criminal law reaction on juvenile delinquency in Republic of Serbia in the period of 2001-2005. The main results of research reveal the following: decreasing number of announced, indicted and convicted juveniles; increased proportion of announced juveniles who are indicted and convicted; more than 50% admonished, and more than 45% of cases that are punished by increased surveillance; three out of eight of the juvenile penalty sanctions are not used in practice.Rad je posvećen sagledavanju osnovnih karakteristika krivično-pravne reakcije na maloletničku delinkvenciju u Republici Srbiji, u periodu od 2001. do 2005. godine.
