Considerações Sobre a Estratigrafia Pós-evaporítica da Porção Sul da Bacia do Espírito Santo

The postevaporitic sequence of the southern part of Espírito Santo, Basin, one of the most typical basins of the Brazilianeast coast, is here studied. The material of three drilling cores (1-ESS-5, l-ESS-22 and 1-ESS-23), kindly lent by Petróleo Brasileiro S.A., PETROBRÁS, was studied. The data obtained from the three drillings were integrated into columnar profiles, for a better visualization of the results. Lithostratigraphical units were characterized, after the litologic description of the studied sections was accomplished. Palaeoenvirohments were established for the lithofaciologic units, according to the most diagnostic features of the studied lithofacies, such as granuloraetry, sedimentary structures, colours and distribution of the microfossils.The postevaporitic sequence of the southern part of Espírito Santo, Basin, one of the most typical basins of the Brazilianeast coast, is here studied.
