Objective: The current study was framed with a view to develop a simple, sensitive and a rapid reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography (RP-TLC)/ densitometry method for quantification of parabens (methyl, ethyl, propyl, and butyl) in various cosmetic preparations available in local market.
